Hi there! My name is Cathryne Lillian Milburn!

I am honoured to represent the students, parents, and educators of Zone 12 as School Board Trustee.

However, as of Friday, June 27, 2025, Ontario’s Ministry of Education has appointed a supervisor to oversee the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s finances and operations. This followed a financial investigation, which can be read in full here. As of Monday, June 30, 2025, all Ottawa-Carleton District School Board devices and accounts, as well as devices issued to the Board of Trustees, were deactivated.

Although my role has been restricted, I am still here to support the students, parents, and educators of Zone 12 in my very limited capacity. You can still contact me using my contact form below; all other communication methods have been deactivated.
